Measure

Weigh Resin (Part A) and Hardener (Part B) in a 2:1 ratio using a digital scale.

Mix

Combine both parts in a clean container and stir slowly for 3 to 4 minutes, scraping the sides and base to remove unmixed streaks.

Pour

Apply within the 15 to 20 minute pot life in a coat of 1mm to 2mm, then pass a heat gun lightly over the surface to lift trapped air.

Cure

Leave undisturbed for an initial set of 12 hours before handling, then allow the full cure time which is 24 hours.
