Measure

Weigh resin and hardener in a 2:1 ratio using a digital scale. Measuring by volume can throw off the mix.

Mix

Combine both parts and stir slowly for 3 to 4 minutes, scraping the sides and base of the container to avoid streaks.

Pour

Apply in thin layers of 1mm to 2mm within the 10 to 15 minute pot life, then pass a heat gun lightly over the surface to release bubbles.

Cure

Leave undisturbed in a dust free area for 6 to 10 hours to reach a workable cure before demoulding
